Indeed, before going into real estate brokerage, Diane was a custom-home builder and luxury multi-residential developer for over 2 decades. For a selective clientele she designed and built over a hundred high-end residences, waterfronts, condos, manoirs, which today are amongst the most outstandinghouses of Westmount, Pointe-Claire, Laval-sur-le-Lac, Rosemère, Saint-Bruno and elsewhere within the Greater Montreal and the Laurentians areas.
These magnificent homes and projects allowed her to be a 9 time award-winning builder receiving Domus awards from l’Association provinciale des constructeurs d’Habitation du Québec (APCHQ) and Émérite trophies by l’Association de la Construction du Québec (ACQ), and amongst those, 4 times one of the most sough-after prize: Builder of the year, luxury homes.
Having also developed, built and sold luxurious and innovative mixed use real estate projects, this out of the ordinary real-life experience allow her to be a high caliber resourceful person in the real estate brokerage field. Diane also sits since 2014 as a committee member of the Commercial group of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (GMREB) and is involved in the annual organization of the new GMREB Commercial Forum taking place at the Casino of Montréal.
NOMINATIONS: After a few years as a committee member of the IC&I Commercial Group of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Broard (GMREB), in February 2018, Mrs. Sabourin has been elected President of the IC&I Commercial Group of the GMREB, becoming the first woman to occupy this position, and is since 2019 became President of the Commercial Group of the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers (QPAREB).

After a few years within the family construction and development business, Audrey Cyr spread her wings and joined the ranks of renowned builders of the Greater Montreal such as Reliance Construction Group and Montoni Group. Within the job site team of the high-end development Pointe-Nord on Nun’s island as the site coordinator for Evolo 1 and Evolo2, she has collaborated to build more than 600 prestigious condominium units as well as the coordination and execution of the interior finishing of the common areas of those 2 imposing towers of 31 floors each.
Equipped with more than a decade of relevant experience in multi-residential and commercial construction, Audrey has a global view of real estate. From plans, awarding contracts, work schedule, project management, interior finishings selection, model units, work supervision, delivery, deficiencies and after sale service, she knows as much the steps, the different involved parties, as well as the problematics and solutions necessary to bringing a building to life.
As a real estate broker, her involvement in the construction process allows her to give outstanding advice and exceptional services to her clientele. Meticulous, organized, excellent communicator and skilled negotiator, Audrey doesn’t neglect any aspect of a transaction in order to protect all parties involved in a real estate transaction. Dynamic, ambitious and professional, as project manager for the new co-ownership Le 1248 located in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles, she supervised the sales of this project who is now 100% sold.
